By downloading, accessing, or using the Numa app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Numa is an emotional journaling and analysis tool designed for self-reflection and entertainment purposes. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

Numa offers free and premium subscription plans. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions in your device settings.

You retain ownership of the journal entries and voice recordings you create in Numa. By using the service, you grant us a license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis features. We do not sell your personal content.

You agree not to use the app for any illegal purpose, to harass others, or to interfere with the app's operation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Numa is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
